Sisig & Boba Reviews

Came here before they closed, they didn't have too much food left over but they had bisteak and Kaldereta. We ordered a large size of each to go. The food was delicious and our family enjoyed it! The flavor was good and exactly what you expect from these dishes, reminding you of a good home cooked meal. We got 2 sodas from here as well, they came in can form. The restaurant ambiance is casual, it's a small-medium space with a few tables inside Ample parking out front The service was great, the moment we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and the staff were all in a good mood joking around with each other and encouraging each other to eat lunch which was nice to see. We will definitely come back to visit earlier to try different items as they have a lot of options to try the next time we're in the Stockton area.

Awesome Filipino restaurant with limited but very tasty offerings. I've visited for breakfast and lunch and have not been disappointed. Their Lumpia Shanghai is awesome as is their lechon, chicken and pork adobo, Menudo, Afritada, Sisig, and Tokwa. Their prices are reasonable while providing good value. I am a fan and eat here quite often. I recommend you try it. You will not be disappointed.

Great tasting food and very reasonable serving! good price also ! Yelp wanted me to post 85 character , cant think of anything anymore

There's a reason why people are willing to wait an hour for the lechon (roasted pig) here. Meat is very lean and succulent. Easy to mindlessly munch on pieces of it lol. The skin is pretty average-quality though; hard-crispy, borderline tough. As for other things that I've tried from here, the pancit and bistek were tasty but a bit greasy (yeah even for Filipino food standards). They're *okay* if you need some Filipino food in a pinch though.

This is a cafeteria style little food spot. Not the best looking place but the food was good. It's all about the food here and it was a full house. People were lining up to order their plates, they have a good system because the line moves fast. If I'm in town I'd come back.

Came here for the first time with my Dad. He was craving for some lechon kawali. I believe this place is the old Tita Lays. You can eat in or take it to go, which most people do. It's a decently sized place with about 10 tables that can seat up to 4-5 people. This place can get really busy quickly. By the time lunch time came around, the line was out the door. My dad ordered the lechon kawali and mungo. I ordered the longsilog. Everything tasted pretty good and decently priced. I'm glad there's another great Filipino restaurant here in town.

I don't get filipino food that often, but have been craving it for a while now. I'm so glad that I found this spot! Super authentic, yummy; and the workers are so sweet. Pork sisig (5/5): great flavor, the pork is super tender, and the onions add a crunch. I love the pork skin parts. Beef steak (4.5/5): steak is sooo tender, onions are perfectly sweet. The dish is slightly salty but it's meant to be ate with a lot of rice. Pancit palabok (4/5): first time trying this type of pancit. I love the noodles and the slight shrimp flavor. Turon (100/5): this was my first time trying turon and I'm addicted. This was the PERFECT to end off a slightly salty meal. I'm so sad that they didn't have bicol express when I came, but i'll definitely be coming back to try that (and get way more turon)!

I am an avid customer here and I go once a week. The workers and owner are so kind and hospitable and even know me by my name. That's when you know they care about their customers. I almost left my palabok and the guy owner didn't make me pay for it and gave me a freebie. I'm grateful. Their food taste homemade and makes me feel at home. Their combo plates are a deal and gets you full. It's a turo-turo restaurant and you wait in a line process until it's your turn. They have tables where you can eat and self-serve water. Come here for great Filipino food. You can also order party size trays.
